Job summary

CoreStaff Darwin is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a well-known Aboriginal owned, award-winning construction business in Darwin. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity delivering residential, commercial and public infrastructure projects across the Territory.

You will prepare, review and administer subcontractor agreements, manage procurement packages, assess variations and progress payments, and support project managers with budgets and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous Contracts Administrator experience within commercial, residential or civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and subcontractor administration.
  • Experience managing variations, progress claims and project costs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and document management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a project team.
  • Relevant construction, quantity surveying, project management or commercial qualifications highly regarded.

About the Role & Responsibilities:
