Job summary
Knauf Australia is seeking a Contracting Operations Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service while coordinating project administration, subcontractor scheduling and construction-phase activities at our Pinkenba site. This full-time role requires strong communication with internal teams and external trades to ensure seamless project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential construction sector, advanced administration skills and proficiency with MS Office,
Qualifications
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors in accordance with project scope of works.
- Advanced administration experience is required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP, SAGE and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class customer service while coordinating project administration.
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and other construction-phase activities.
- Support communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- On-site role at the Pinkenba site, full-time, not a work-from-home position.
