KFC Australia is seeking a Construction CAPEX Commercial Manager to drive commercial performance across its restaurant development portfolio. You will shape cost discipline, implement commercial strategies, and lead improvement initiatives across more than 900 locations and remodel programs.

Based in Australia, you will partner with Development, Construction, Finance and Franchisees to deliver measurable savings, strengthen tender discipline, and standardise commercial templates and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or development cost management.
• Ability to identify cost leakage across a portfolio.
• Experience influencing design and delivery decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategies and controls to improve CAPEX performance across the portfolio.
• Identify systemic cost leakage, risk, rework and inefficiencies.
• Benchmark performance and strengthen commercial frameworks across new restaurants and remodels.
• Collaborate with Development, Procurement, Finance and Franchisees to improve reporting and decision-making.
