Job summary

FKG Construction is seeking a motivated cadet to start their career in construction management. The cadet will learn across commercial projects, with hands-on involvement and strong mentorship designed to support early career development.

You will work with suppliers, clients, and project teams, contributing to cost reports, estimations, and contract administration while completing your degree.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and have successfully completed the first year of your Bachelor of Construction Management/ Urban Development/ Quantity Surveying
• Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritising skills; can-do attitude, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; previous construction industry experience would be an advantage
• Include ATAR results on your resume

• Procurement of trade packages and assist in developing cost reports
• Liaison with clients, site staff, design managers, estimators and project managers
