Job summary

Custom Concept Roofing is seeking a bookkeeper to manage our end-to-end accounts payable and receivable for a busy roofing operations team. You will handle payroll, onboarding, and accurate job costing to keep projects on track.

Based in Queensland, this role covers bank reconciliations, BAS support, and maintaining contracts and site docs to ensure smooth, day-to-day office running. You will work closely with the owner to keep jobs moving forward.

Qualifications

• Construction bookkeeping experience essential
• GST/BAS, payroll and subcontractor management knowledge
• Accurate, organised and site-driven
• Ability to finish the job

Responsibilities

• Run AP and AR end to end for suppliers, subcontractors and clients
• Process payroll and onboarding for staff and subcontractors
• Keep live job costing accurate across roofing projects
• Reconcile banks and card statements; prepare BAS support
• Maintain contracts, variations and site documents
• Handle day-to-day office tasks to keep the business running
