The Departmentfor Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential and important government services to our community.

The Service Delivery team provides end-to-end ICT support, service and configuration management and IT operational oversight to ensure reliable and effective delivery of ICT services. Configuration Officer supports ICT asset and software lifecycle management, procurement activities, vendor engagement and configuration data governance. The role maintains accurate asset records, supports software licensing compliance and audit activities, and ensures ICT assets are effectively tracked, controlled and reported. Success in the role requires strong attention to detail, the versatility to undertake a broad range of responsibilities, embrace change, and respond to evolving operational requirements.

Educational Qualifications / Licences

Remuneration

ASO4- $82,212 to $86,180 pa + superannuation.
