Job summary

Rydges South Park Adelaide is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Supervisor - Conference & Events to ensure the smooth running of all day conferencing and evening functions. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee service, greet event organisers, and ensure each function is a success from start to finish.

Responsibilities include rostering, liaising with the Sales team, attending Event Order meetings, and maintaining WH&S standards.

Qualifications

• RSA certificate is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and guest focus.
• Experience with rostering and team coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the smooth running of all daytime conferencing and evening functions and banquets.
• Meet and greet conference and event organisers on the day of the event.
• Ensure each function runs successfully from start to finish.
• Be the point of contact for all Conference & Events during your shift.
• Liaise with the Conference & Event Sales team for event requirements.
• Attend Event Order meetings to anticipate staffing needs.
• Comply with WH&S guidelines and hotel policies.
• Manage rosters and timesheets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to cashiering policies and protect equipment.
• Perform other duties as directed by F&B Manager/General Manager.
