Job summary

Southern Pacific Sands is seeking an HR Driver to join our Concrete team across Ningi or Caloundra in South East Queensland. You’ll operate our modern concrete agitator fleet, delivering to residential, commercial and civil projects with an emphasis on safety and reliability.

Full-time, Monday–Saturday, with early starts and local work. We offer $33–$42 per hour, uncapped overtime, modern automatic trucks and uniform/PPE.

Qualifications

• Current HR Driver's Licence is required.
• Previous heavy rigid driving experience is preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and reliability are essential.
• Reliable, professional attitude and good communication skills.
• Must be able to manage early starts and longer shifts.
• White Card / Construction Induction Card preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivering concrete to customer sites and meeting delivery requirements.
• Completing pre-start checks and keeping your truck clean and well maintained.
• Communicating professionally with customers, site personnel and the SPS team.
• Following site safety requirements and safe work procedures.
• Taking pride in equipment and representing SPS on the road and at customer sites.
