Job summary

Boral Concrete in Perth Airport is seeking a proactive Concrete Allocator to coordinate dispatch, utilization and timely delivery of concrete trucks. You will help plan driver schedules in line with customer orders and ensure seamless operations during early-morning shifts.

The role requires real-time scheduling experience, strong customer service, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a high-pressure environment. A collaborative team and modern offices with onsite parking are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and solution focused mindset.
• Proficiency with navigating multiple systems.
• Well-developed problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with team members & Production to maximise service.
• Ensure Drivers are kept up to date on job requirements and daily schedule.
• Notify stakeholders of deviations to schedule or late delivery.
• Comply with driver Fatigue management, statutory requirements and company health & safety.
