Job summary

Boral Concrete, part of Boral Limited, is seeking a proactive Concrete Allocator based at the Perth Airport office. You will coordinate dispatch and timely delivery of Concrete trucks, planning driver schedules aligned with customer orders, within 6am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and rotating Saturday from 6am–12pm.

Your day involves managing orders, coordinating with Production, updating drivers on schedules, and communicating deviations, all while upholding fatigue management, safety, and

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and solution focused mindset.
• Proficiency with navigating multiple systems.
• Well-developed problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and ensure timely delivery
• Work with team members & Production to maximise service
• Ensure Drivers are kept up to date on job requirements and daily schedule
• Notify stakeholders of deviations to schedule or late delivery
• Comply with driver Fatigue management, statutory requirements and company health & safety
