Arete Concrete is seeking experienced Concrete Pump Operators to join our Brisbane-based team. This full-time, on-site role supports multiple construction locations in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area, delivering concrete with precision and safety.

You will operate and maintain pump equipment, set up and secure pumps, monitor flow rates, and coordinate with concreters and site supervisors to meet project timelines. Candidates must have HR/HC license and proven pump operation experience.

Qualifications

• HR/HC licence required.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Pump Operator on commercial or residential construction projects.
• Solid understanding of concrete properties, slump testing and delivery specifications.
• Commitment to health and safety practices on construction sites.

Responsabilités

• Operate concrete pump equipment safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to specified locations on construction sites.
• Set up, position and secure concrete pump machinery according to safety protocols and site requirements.
• Monitor concrete flow rates and adjust pump settings for optimal delivery and consistency.
• Communicate with site teams to coordinate concrete placement activities.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on pump equipment and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain detailed records of concrete volumes, delivery times and incidents or equipment issues.
• Adhere to site safety requirements, environmental regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and minimise downtime.
