Job summary

Sydney Piling, a specialist piling and foundations company in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, is seeking an experienced concrete pump operator to join the team full-time. This is not an entry-level role and requires a minimum of two years' pumping experience and responsibility for your pump and the job site.

You will set up and operate the pump, coordinate trucks, and maintain equipment while representing the company professionally to clients and other trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience operating concrete pumps.
• Ability to confidently set up, operate and clean down a pump.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep on equipment.
• Physically fit, reliable and able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the concrete pump safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing concrete trucks and pours.
• Maintain and keep pumps and gear clean and in good order.
• Represent Sydney Piling professionally on job sites.
• Work either as a standalone pump operator or within a machine piling crew.
