Job summary

Kancrete is seeking a full-time Concreter & Labourer based in South West Gippsland, working across Bayside, Peninsula and Gippsland regions. You will assist with prepping, pouring and finishing concrete, prepare sites, set up equipment, operate concrete tools safely and maintain a tidy site.

Ideal applicants have demonstrable concreting/labour experience, good physical fitness and a safety-first mindset, with teamwork and a positive attitude toward learning and career progression.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a labourer / concreter in construction or concreting.
• Physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with prepping, pouring and finishing of concrete.
• Preparing work sites and setting up equipment.
• Operating concrete tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
• Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe worksite.
