Job summary

Workforce International in the Newcastle area is seeking Precast Labourers for ongoing work. The role focuses on manufacturing precast concrete structures and supports a team environment with daily production targets.

Starts ASAP, Monday–Friday with regular overtime. Casual role with potential permanency for the right candidate; you’ll oil and prepare concrete moulds, assist with pours and reinforcement, and work safely as part of a quality-focused crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in precast is highly desirable but not essential.
• Experience in general labouring and using hand/power tools.
• Must pass a pre-employment medical including D&A screening.
• OHS White Card required.
• Reliable transport to/from site.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good problem-solving and ability to follow instructions as part of a team.

Workforce International are seeking Precast Labourers for ongoing works in the Newcastle area. In this role, you will play a key role in manufacturing precast concrete structures. While we always welcome experienced precast labourers, this role is also open to those with previous labouring experience who are interested in precast concreting.

About the role:

ASAP start for the right person

Monday-Friday hours with regular OT available!

Casual role with potential for permanency for the right candidate

Duties may include:

Oiling and preparing concrete moulds

Assisting with concrete pours

Assisting with placement of reinforcement

Working with a team to achieve desired outcomes and production targets

Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

A successful candidate will have:

Demonstrated experience in precast is highly desired however not essential

Experience with general labouring and operating hand & power tools

Ability to satisfy pre-employment medical including D&A screening

OHS White Card

Reliable transport

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
