Job summary

Arete Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee all aspects of concrete placement projects. You will manage a crew, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has several years of concrete formwork, placement and finishing experience, with strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in concrete formwork, placement and finishing.
• Solid understanding of concrete mix design, finishing techniques and curing methods.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication with clients, engineers and stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and quality, with knowledge of regulations and best practices.
• White card
• Concrete experience (commercial, finishing, formwork, steel fixing)
• Own transport and physically capable of concreting work
• Proven track record of being a good person
