Job summary

Malcolm Civil is seeking a hands-on Civil Foreman to lead a busy site, supervise supervisors and a range of crews on small-to-mid sized civil projects in Brisbane. You will read plans, coordinate plant and materials, and ensure safety and quality on every task, while reporting progress to the Site Supervisor/Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and procedures.
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand civil construction plans.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
• A current driver''s licence.
• Relevant construction qualifications and tickets will be highly regarded.
