Job summary

DDR Australia is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for our Northern Territory projects in Darwin. You will complete surface finishing, curing and repairs on FRP works, ensuring conformance to project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include screeding, edging and trowelling; applying curing and protection methods; reading plans; and supporting scaffolding and formwork teams. A valid licence, white card and a track record of safe, quality workmanship are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher
• Competent in operating EWPs and working at heights
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated and team oriented

Responsibilities

• Carry out concrete finishing to achieve required surface finish
• Screed, edge, trowel and finish concrete surfaces per specs
• Apply curing, sealing and concrete protection methods
• Repair defects to maintain quality outcomes
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings accurately
• Assist with reinforcing steel and concrete placement across the FRP cycle
• Work with site teams to hit project milestones
• Operate hand and power tools safely
