Job summary

Laing Constructions Pty Ltd in Tuggerah, NSW is seeking skilled Concrete Construction Workers/Formworkers to join our growing team on Central Coast sites including Commercial, Industrial and High-End residential projects.

You will perform concrete placement, finishing and formwork tasks for ground slabs, walls, columns and suspended slabs, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications include Construction White Card and a strong physical work capacity; a valid driver's license is preferred.

• Construction White Card and site safety compliance.
• Formwork or concreting experience on ground slabs and slabs.

Laingcon is seeking skilled Concrete Construction Workers/ Formworkers to join our growing team based in Tuggerah, NSW 2259.

All work sites are located on the Central Coast including Commercial Industrial & High End residential.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Concreters – bring your skills to all aspects of concrete placement, finishing, and detailing
• Formworkers – Formwork experience for concrete structures including ground Slabs, walls, columns, and suspended slabs

What we're looking for

• Strong dedication to maintaining and advocating for a safe work environment in all tasks and operations
• Construction White Card
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver's licence (preferred)
• High level of physical fitness to perform demanding tasks
