Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Concrete Batcher to support Concrete Operations in the NSW Central Coast region. The role involves batching, loading company fleet for deliveries, quality control, and yard housekeeping to maintain a safe, efficient site.

We offer a full-time, Monday to Friday schedule with overtime and Saturdays as needed. Training will be provided for batching and operations, with potential for location discussions across NSW Central Coast plants.

Qualifications

• HR licence is required for this role.
• Front End Loader ticket is advantageous but not essential.
• Customer service focus and safety are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Heidelberg Materials team as an enthusiastic and professional **Concrete Batcher** to support Concrete Operations throughout the **Central Coast Region** of NSW**.** You will be someone who is passionate about safety, results focused and holds a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. Confidence with computers and previous batching experience will be highly regarded, however we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role with overtime and Saturdays in accordance with business needs.
