Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Batch Plant Operator in concrete or similar industry.
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining batching plant equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices.
• Physical fitness for manual tasks.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Concrete Batch Plant equipment per SOPs.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Monitor production process and control quality parameters.
• Inspect equipment and report faults for timely repair.
• Follow batch instructions and measure/mix raw materials accurately.
• Collaborate with team for smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.
