Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) in Dubbo NSW is seeking an experienced Concrete Agitator Driver to join our dynamic team with an immediate start.

You will be responsible for delivering pre-mixed concrete, operating agitator trucks safely, performing pre-start checks, and maintaining vehicles and yard cleanliness. A valid HR licence and willingness to pass drug and alcohol testing are required, with opportunities for professional growth within RGA.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HR licence and comply with licensing requirements.
• Experience operating agitator trucks and delivering pre-mixed concrete.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Availability for immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products on time to customer sites.
• Lead OH&S and environmental compliance when representing the company.
• Maintain adherence to RGA safety standards with safety leadership.
• Develop effective relationships with customers to drive results.
• Ensure daily pre-start checks are completed for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep the agitator vehicle clean inside and out.
• Support a productive team environment to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Safely operate agitator trucks during loading and delivery of concrete.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain general yard and plant housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as may be requested.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Immediate Start.
