Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking experienced casual and full-time Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our team at our Melbourne South-East plants (Cranbourne, Pakenham, Dandenong). Multiple roles available.

You will deliver pre-mixed concrete, lead safety compliance, and uphold Dandy's safety standards while maintaining vehicles and equipment. Casual and full-time roles offer growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• HR/HC licence is required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Casual and Full-time roles are available.

Responsibilities

• The timely delivery of pre-mixed concrete products.
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point.
• Commitment to safety standards with leadership behaviours.
• Develop relationships with customers and lead/influence results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep the vehicle clean (internal and external).
• Support a productive team environment with high morale.
• Operate agitator trucks safely while loading and delivering concrete to sites.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
• General yard and plant housekeeping.

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is currently seeking experienced casual and full-time Concrete Agitator Drivers to join their team located in our concrete plants across the South-East of Melbourne, VIC (Cranbourne, Pakenham, Dandenong). Multiple roles available.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to Dandy's Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
