Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking an experienced Concrete Agitator Driver to join our Dubbo team. The role focuses on timely delivery of pre-mixed concrete, upholding OH&S standards, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Immediate start available with a competitive rate and health benefits. The successful candidate will hold an HR licence, pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, and contribute to customer satisfaction through diligent pre-starts and vehicle care on

Qualifications

• HR licence is required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products in a timely manner.
• Lead and drive OH&S and environmental compliance when at delivery points.
• Contribute to safety culture and demonstrate safety leadership behaviours.
• Build effective relationships with customers and drive results.
• Complete daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable inside and out.
• Foster a productive team environment to satisfy customers and business objectives.
• Operate agitator trucks safely when loading and delivering concrete.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain yard and plant housekeeping.
• Assist with other duties as requested.

Regional Group Australia (RGA) are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Agitator Driver to join our dynamic, successful team based at Dubbo NSW. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Immediate Start.
