Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our teams at our South-East Melbourne concrete plants (Cranbourne, Pakenham, Dandenong). Casual and full-time positions are available, with a focus on safe vehicle operation and OH&S compliance.

Responsibilities include timely delivery of pre-mixed concrete, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and supporting a productive, safety‑driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Delivery of pre-mixed concrete products safely and on time.
• Ability to lead and enforce OH&S and environmental standards.
• Perform daily vehicle pre-starts and basic vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with customers and lead and influence personal drive and results
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean (internal and external)
• Produce a productive team environment with high morale
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks while loading and delivering to sites
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested
• HR / HC licence required
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Casual and Full-time roles available
