Ayers Rock Resort in the Australian outback is seeking a Porter to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT. You’ll join the Front Office Team, delivering attentive guest services and ensuring a memorable first and last impression of the resort.

The role requires delivering luggage, coordinating with reception on room allocations, and maintaining hotel areas. A full Australian driver’s license (manual preferred) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environments and front desk or guest services.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and efficient approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of the resort and deliver a warm welcome and farewell to guests.

Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality to be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you undertake all guest service agent/front office duties in an efficient and friendly manner and taking ownership of creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.

Key Duties

• Act as an ambassador of the resort ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure
• Coordinate guests’ luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
• Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception in terms of room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
• Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management

This role requires a full Australian driver's license, preferred manual.
