CraigCare is seeking a Concierge for Moonee Ponds VIC in a part-time role (30 hours per fortnight). You’ll welcome residents, understand their routines, and help them live the lifestyle they choose. This role focuses on warmth, hospitality and proactive service within the aged care setting.

• Work collaboratively with our care, lifestyle, hospitality, and administration teams to create a vibrant home environment

About You

You are a natural people-person who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

• Experience in aged care, hospitality, customer service, or a similar people-focused environment will be highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate, and professional approach
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing needs
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team
• A commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes for residents and families
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and Quality of Care Principles
• Experience supporting people living with dementia is highly desirable
