The Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key role in the end-to-end machining and programming process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines to manufacture precision components
• Creating and optimising CAM programs to meet engineering specifications
• Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and job instructions
• Monitoring machining processes and making real-time adjustments to ensure quality output
• Troubleshooting issues across the production cycle and recommending improvements
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying more efficient manufacturing methods
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring machines are operating at optimal performance
• Upholding a clean, safe and organised workspace
• Collaborating with team members to deliver on production targets and timelines

We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented machinists/programmers who take pride in their craft.

You will ideally have:

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery and/or CAM programming
