Job summary

ATL Composites, Molendinar (QLD), is seeking a proactive Production Worker for our composite panel manufacturing team. The role involves hands-on work with epoxy resins, fiberglass and carbon reinforcements, and operating specialised equipment.

You'll join a small, experienced team in a busy production environment with full training provided on our machinery and processes. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, is detail-oriented, safety-conscious and capable of working to schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment.
• Is organised and pays good attention to detail
• Can follow product instructions and accurately complete basic production paperwork
• Takes pride in working cleanly and safely
• Is comfortable with hands-on and physical work
• Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a small team
• Can stay focused and work to production schedules
• Forklift experience is also an advantage
