Job summary

BHP Group in Mackay, QLD, seeks a Component Fitter I for the Repair Centre to rebuild heavy mobile earthmoving equipment, primarily CAT components. You will work on engines, transmissions, torque converters, wheel ends and differentials, diagnosing issues and mentoring trainees.

The role emphasizes safety, quality repairs, and experience with CAT Power-train components; Komatsu experience is highly desirable. This is a permanent, on-site position with a 4/3 roster.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for aComponent Fitterfor ourRebuild Centre in Mackay. You will be responsible for rebuilding heavy mobile earth moving equipment, predominantly CAT components.
