Job summary

MINERAL RESOURCES LIMITED is seeking a Roving Compliance Trainer to lead haulage training across MinRes sites, on a rolling 8:6 roster. The role offers a stable career path with a strong focus on development and regulatory compliance.

You will develop and deliver training, audit haulage operations and maintain records. The role requires MC licence, Cert IV in Training, and experience in mine haulage or transport compliance, with opportunities for growth within CSI Mining Services.

Qualifications

• Essential Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) required.
• Current MC driver's licence required.
• Experience in mine haulage, heavy vehicle operations or transport compliance.
• RII tickets for Loader, Grader, Excavator desirable.
• Rio Tinto & BHP induction desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• High attention to detail with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess haulage compliance training.
• Ensure drivers and relevant personnel are trained and competent.
• Conduct audits and inspections of haulage operations for compliance.
• Maintain training records, manuals and compliance documentation.
• Identify and report areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
• Provide guidance to site supervisors and operators on compliance best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards.

About the Role

As the business once again continues to grow, we are looking for a Roving Compliance Trainer in our Haulage Space to going the Training team. This role will work on a rolling 8:6 roster and may be on a MinRes site or client site. We pride ourselves on no 2 days being the same, if you thrive in the haulage space where you can share your passion, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess haulage compliance training to MinRes employees and contractors.
• Ensure all drivers and relevant personnel are trained and competent in accordance with company and legal standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of haulage operations to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, manuals and compliance documentation.
• Identify and report areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to site supervisors and operators regarding compliance best practices.
• Keep up to date with changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practice relating to haulage and transport compliance.

About You

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent – essential.
• Current MC driver's licence essential.
• Demonstrated experience in mine haulage, heavy vehicle operations or transport compliance.
• Current RII tickets for Loader, Grader, Excavator would be desirable
