• Experience providing administrative, records management and customer service support in a busy environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.

• Experience responding to enquiries and providing customer-focused solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency with technology, databases and records management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate effective delivery of compliance and professional conduct functions.
• Prepare, review and maintain documentation and information to support decision-making.
• Respond to enquiries from teachers and stakeholders with accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records and databases in line with policies and procedures.
• Advise on Working With Children Check verification processes.
• Manage multiple tasks while preserving confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and deliver quality service.
