Job description

Morgan Consulting is exclusively partnering with a well-established, global organisation to recruit a driven and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join their growing Service Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys taking ownership and has a genuine passion for getting things right!

You’ll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team where your contribution will be valued, with the flexibility of hybrid working, exposure to a global business and genuine opportunities for career development and progression.

The Opportunity:

This is a critical position within the Service Operations function, offering the opportunity to take ownership of compliance processes, systems and documentation across a busy operational environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams, technicians, contractors and customers to ensure compliance requirements are maintained, documentation is accurate and nothing falls through the cracks. We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and genuinely enjoys working through the finer details. Someone who takes pride in their work, follows things through and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to get things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing customer, contractor and technician compliance portals, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitoring licences, certifications, insurance policies, inductions and training records, including upcoming expiries and renewals.
  • Coordinating Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) requirements, inspections and supporting documentation.
  • Maintaining compliance registers, records, procedures and reporting.
  • Coordinating Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and contractor compliance requirements.
  • Supporting compliance activities relating to building services, automatic doors, equipment and operational safety.
  • Conducting documentation checks, supporting audits and following up outstanding compliance actions.
  • Liaising with technicians, contractors, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance queries.
  • Identifying gaps, improving processes and ensuring compliance requirements are consistently met.
What We’re Looking For:

We're particularly interested in someone who brings a strong administrative foundation, exceptional attention to detail and the drive to take ownership of their responsibilities.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
  • Experience in compliance administration, coordination, quality, auditing or a similar role.
  • Exposure to trades, construction, building services, facilities management, manufacturing or other operational environments would be highly regarded.
  • Experience managing contractor portals, licences, insurance documentation, certifications or compliance registers.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to follow up stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with genuine pride in producing accurate work.

You don't necessarily need to come from a traditional safety background. We'd love to hear from strong administrators who have managed compliance documentation, licences, renewals or contractor requirements and are looking to build their career in this space.

Interested? If you're someone who loves being organised, has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you!

Whether you're already working in compliance or bring strong administration experience within a technical or operational environment, this could be a fantastic next step in your career.

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity
  • Competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000 + super, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid flexibility – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
  • Join a fantastic, supportive team with approachable leadership.
  • Genuine career progression and professional development opportunities.
  • Exposure to a well-established global organisation.
  • A varied role where you can take ownership and make a real impact.
  • Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and help shape how compliance is managed.
