Job summary

ClubsNSW in Sydney is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead hospitality regulatory programs across NSW's club sector. You will translate complex rules into practical guidance, build relationships with diverse communities, and drive continuous improvement in compliance services.

You'll lead a team of Compliance Assurance Leads, develop cutting-edge methodologies, deliver training on responsible gambling, licensing, and AML/CTF, and ensure consistent standards across facilitators while

Develop and improve our compliance methodologies, ensuring they remain cutting-edge, member-focused and grounded in best practice

Be the trusted voice members turn to for compliance guidance and solutions

Be known across the industry by contributing to publications and regional meetings

Deliver engaging compliance training covering responsible gambling, licensing, and AML/CTF requirements

Own and maintain compliance training packages to ensure their currency

Ensure consistency and competency across all facilitators of the compliance training programs

Your Background:

Industry experience in either clubs, pubs, casinos, or relevant regulatory environments - highly valued but not essential for an exceptional candidate

Proven track record in delivering hospitality compliance frameworks

Valid driver's licence for NSW travel adventures - Company vehicle is provided
