Job summary

Stake, an Australian investing platform, is hiring a Learning and Development Consultant in Sydney on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. You’ll own learning experiences that help our people understand their compliance and risk obligations, turning complex regulatory requirements into engaging learning.

You’ll move Stake to a fit-for-purpose LMS as the trusted source of truth for mandatory learning, create targeted programs for key personnel, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Customer Success

Qualifications

• Strong learning designer capable of turning regulatory content into clear, actionable learning.
• Experience migrating or operating an LMS and managing learner data.
• Ability to design targeted programs and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own learning experiences that teach compliance and risk obligations.
• Move Stake to a fit-for-purpose learning platform and maintain LMS as truth.
• Develop targeted programs for key personnel and managers.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Use learning analytics to improve outcomes.
