Job summary

BET Care Group Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider delivering safe, person-centred services across Australia. The Compliance Coordinator reports to the National Compliance Manager and plays a key role in supporting BET's compliance framework, quality management, incident handling and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Qualifications in Disability, Health, Community Services, Quality, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in compliance, quality assurance, risk management, auditing, or governance.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, Practice Standards, and Quality Indicators.
  • Experience coordinating incidents, investigations, and reportable incidents.
  • Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate compliance activities in line with NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
  • Manage incident reporting processes, investigations, and regulatory notifications.
  • Maintain and monitor organisational Risk Registers and risk management systems.
  • Assist with internal audits, external audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Support implementation and improvement of BET's Quality Management System.
  • Monitor compliance trends and prepare reports for management.
  • Assist with participant risk assessments, support plan reviews, safeguarding processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and quality service delivery.

About the Role

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualifications in Disability, Health, Community Services, Quality, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in compliance, quality assurance, risk management, auditing, or governance.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, Practice Standards, and Quality Indicators.
  • Experience coordinating incidents, investigations, and reportable incidents.
  • Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Willingness to travel between BET locations when required.
