Job summary

BET Care Group Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide. You will deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability, following individual plans such as Health Care, Medication, Meal, and Support Plans.

You will work as part of a team on a 24/7 roster, adhering to participant plans and ensuring compliance. A Certificate III in Disability or equivalent and current First Aid/CPR are essential, along with WWCC and

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Current Manual Handling Certificate.
• Current Assist with Medication Certificate.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor client support plans
• Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner
• Build professional and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
• Work within the established rhythm of service for the house
• Fulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirements
• Work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts (essential)
