Job summary

Glencore Australia seeks an experienced Compliance and Assurance Coordinator (18 months fixed term) to join the Health and Safety team at Rolleston Open Cut. You will coordinate audits, verify investigations, and analyse safety data to support continuous improvement.

Key duties include risk assessments, bowtie analyses, and education of workers on the Rolleston Safety and Health Management System. A strong safety mindset and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High level computer literacy and experience in a similar role in Open-Cut Mining.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in site audit activities and verifications.
• Verify site incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Analyse and report safety performance data as required.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings to review H&S performance.
• Assist Rolleston operations with critical control audits.
• Educate workers in the use of safety management systems.
• Maintain document control and records; ensure regulatory compliance.
