Job summary
Bundaleer Homecare is seeking a Complex Support Worker to provide compassionate overnight care for residents with complex needs. You will work part-time, coordinating with a Registered Nurse to support mobility, personal care and safety in the home setting.
The role emphasizes person-centered care, strong communication, and adherence to care plans. Aged care experience and NDIS familiarity are essential, with opportunities for skill development and flexible shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum Cert III in Support Work required.
- Experience in Complex Care and Complex NDIS environments.
- Experience delivering daily care and activities in aged care settings.
- NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain) and own vehicle preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight care andPersonal care according to resident needs and preferences.
- Support clinical tasks including medication assistance and basic wound care.
- Assist with mobility, comfort, and safety to residents with complex needs.
- Support social activities and family/visitor engagement.
- Document progress notes and daily charts to inform care planning.
