Job summary

Shell in Australia seeks a Completions Co‑Ordinator to manage the CMS on behalf of QGC Operations and Projects. You will oversee builds, dossier readiness, punch governance and reporting to support safe handover and operational readiness.

You will coordinate with project teams, contractors and operations stakeholders, maintaining data quality and CMS integrity while advocating best practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Experience in completions, commissioning, handover, QA/QC or construction documentation.
• Familiarity with industry, quality, QGC and Shell standards, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret multi‑discipline technical drawings, P&IDs, schedules and tie‑in procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Completion, Pre‑Commissioning and System Commissioning dossiers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage CMS builds and ITR/FTR structures.
• Review dossiers for completeness and accuracy prior to endorsement and sign‑off.
• Track and report completions progress, including monthly targets and annual performance.
• Support CMS access, onboarding and training for staff and contractors.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve CMS issues and maintain data governance.
