Job summary

UGL Limited is seeking an SMP Completions Engineer to coordinate and manage project completions activities, supporting the transition from construction through commissioning and handover on major resources projects in Western Australia.

You will collaborate with engineering, construction, quality, commissioning, and client teams to ensure systems, documentation, and milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements, with a focus on MC and RFC readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in completions, commissioning, or project delivery roles.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Completion, pre‑commissioning and handover processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completions activities across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Manage completions systems, ITRs, punch lists, and turnover dossiers.
• Drive progress toward Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC) and handover targets.
• Monitor completion status and report risks and progress.
