Caring Your Life Pty Ltd – Castle Hill NSW is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist NDIS and Aged Care participants with daily living activities, access to services and care planning. You will work with families and health professionals to promote independence, provide life-skills coaching, and help participants engage in community programs.

Certificate III/IV in Disability Support preferred; experience with disabilities and knowledge of NDIS recommended.

Competenze

Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (preferred).
Experience with individuals with disabilities desirable.
Understanding of the NDIS frameworks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help others.
Problem-solving and adaptability.
Experience in providing care or support to individuals with disabilities.

Mansioni

Assist participants with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
Help with meal prep, hydration, housekeeping and shopping.
Support participation in community activities and social events.
Develop life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene.
Encourage goals related to education or employment.
Maintain records of participant progress and any changes.
Report concerns to management and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
