Job summary

Accept Care is building a team of qualified care workers to support clients across Adelaide’s Western Suburbs. You will help clients live independently at home, perform personal care tasks, and provide social support guided by care plans.

Role details include Mon-Fri (8am-4pm), with permanent or casual contract options. Ideal candidates bring Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent, NDIS screening, WWCC, manual handling, infection control, a valid license and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Caring and passionate about supporting others with strong communication.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent in Aged Care or Disability.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• WWCC.
• Manual handling certificate.
• Infection Control.
• Driver license and access to a registered and roadworthy vehicle with insurance.
• First Aid & CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Domestic support including mopping, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.
