Job summary

Royal Freemasons LTD is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide respectful, high-quality care to older clients in their homes across Melbourne and surrounds. This part-time role offers guaranteed hours and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in independence and wellbeing.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, travel in the community with your own vehicle, and receive salary packaging benefits plus access to EAP and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Proven reliability and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently within the community using your own vehicle.
• Provide domestic support (cleaning, laundry, household tasks).
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, medication prompting).
• Escort clients to shopping, appointments and social activities.
