Job summary

MannaCare in Melbourne is seeking casual Community Support Workers to help older people stay safely and independently at home. Provide person‑centred support, assist with daily living, and follow Care Plans, while building respectful relationships with clients and families.

Your duties include personal care, housekeeping, social support, transport to appointments, and ensuring wellbeing in a compassionate, dignified manner. Availability includes Mon and Fri with one flexible day.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing, or completion of the first year of study towards it.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Must be available a minimum of 3 days per week (Mon & Fri) and flexible third day.
• Demonstrated understanding of person-centred support.
• Own vehicle (registered, roadworthy, insured) with travel expense reimbursement.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring and committed casual Community Support Workers to join our Community team who has a minimum availability of 3 days per week, including Monday, Friday and flexible day third day

About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping older people remain safely and independently in their own homes.
