Northcott is hiring casual Compassionate Support Workers in the Brisbane area. You will support children and young adults in our Individual Supports Program, helping them develop confidence, independence and social skills across real-life activities.

Skills & Experience

• A positive attitude, a team spirit, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• You are confident with manual handling, PEG feeding, medication administration, and safe transport.
• You love learning, connecting, and helping others live more independently.
