Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build genuine, consistent relationships with participants.
• Follow individual Behaviour Support Plans and policies.
• Recognise triggers and early warning signs.
• Support through emotional or behavioural dysregulation.
• Apply positive behaviour support strategies consistently.
• Support daily living skills and independence.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Support community access when appropriate.
• Maintain clear progress notes and incident documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families, clinicians and the team.
