Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centres, or aged or community services.
• Ability to communicate warmly and clearly with customers and families.
• Comfort with using CRM systems and handling multiple tasks.

• Build warm, genuine connections with prospective customers and their families.
• Share clear, accurate information about Resthaven services.
• Follow up with next steps and resources for customers.
• Record customer details in our CRM thoughtfully and accurately.
