Job summary

Resthaven Incorporated is seeking a Customer Support Centre Advisor to warmly greet callers, explain Resthaven services and guide customers through their journey with care.

You will be the friendly voice representing Resthaven, recording details in our CRM and coordinating with teams to continuously improve support for aged and community services. A genuinely empathetic communicator with a customer-first mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centres, or aged or community services.
• Ability to communicate warmly and clearly with customers and families.
• Comfort with using CRM systems and handling multiple tasks.

About the role:

As a Support Centre Advisor, you will be the friendly, warm and knowledgeable voice welcoming new customers into theResthavencommunity.

From your very first interaction,you will guide callers with trust, dignity and respect, helping them get to know our services and feel supported every step of the way. You will be part of a centralised team that prides itself on making every customer interaction a positive one.

• Build warm, genuine connections with prospective customers, their families, carers and advocates.
• Share clear, accurate and reassuring information about what Resthaven offers.
• Follow up with the right details, next steps and resources.
• Record customer details in our CRM thoughtfully and professionally.
• Work alongside colleagues and teams across Resthaven to keep improving the way we support people.
