Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate clinical care for residents with diverse needs. You will work with families and a multidisciplinary team to identify changes early and support each resident's quality of life.

Responsibilities include assessing and updating care plans, administering medications, monitoring conditions, and applying infection control practices while ensuring accurate documentation and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualification
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, safe resident care and clinical escalation
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop, implement and review individual care plans
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Recognise and escalate changes in resident condition
• Apply infection prevention and control practices
