Job summary

Lifeline Healthcare Group in Romsey, VIC, is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, health assessments, wound management, and immunisations within a patient-centred primary care setting.

The ideal candidate will have AHPRA registration, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Best Practice software.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Australian work rights.
• Minimum 2 years as a Practice Nurse or similar primary care setting.
• Immunisation administration experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Experience with medical software to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including health assessments, administering medication, coordinating referrals and follow-ups.
• Assist with management of chronic conditions and treatment plans.
• Provide health education and promote preventative care to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with practice protocols.
• Collaborate with the medical team to deliver patient-centred care.
• Undertake a range of administrative duties to support the practice.
